We worked with USAdrop for nearly 3 years and always tried to be patient through multiple issues. Unfortunately, our most recent experience crossed a line that we can no longer ignore. Due to internal miscoordination and missed response deadlines on their side (account by Krystal), 24 customer orders were returned, forcing us to issue refunds, lose advertising spend, and suffer damage to our brand reputation. These were real, measurable losses not just delays. Despite them admitting that the issue was caused by their internal operations, they refused to provide any compensation and stated that refunds are “not possible under their procedures.” Because of this, we are now actively transitioning to a new fulfillment partner. If you are running a serious brand where speed, accountability, and reliability matter. I won't recommend working with them. On top of this, they charge $29/month for their fulfillment app, which is slow, frequently lags, lacks useful data, and is far less comprehensive than expected. Even at higher order volumes, it is not free and not worth the cost for the limited functionality provided.
