We’ve really enjoyed using Userloop for our monthly customer surveys. We’ve been on the platform for a while now, and it’s clear the team is consistently improving the product. Their customer support has been stellar — responsive, helpful, and genuinely receptive to feedback and feature suggestions. The only enhancement I’d love to see is an easier way to export insights and analytics in a more flexible format for deeper reporting and analysis. Aside from that, it’s a strong, reliable tool that’s become an important part of our feedback process and one I’d absolutely recommend.

I was looking for a feedback app that could be used on my order status/thank you pages using Shopify's new checkout extensibility. This app fit perfectly. Not only is the app seamless, but the support you get is amazing. I've reached out a few times, and get a reply back instantly. I'm excited to see what insights I'll gather through this app!
