I started seeing value from this app almost immediately. It gives visitors a clear vision of the products, answers common questions, and communicates the level of quality I want my brand to stand for. Really impressed with this app Uttik was easy to set up and started creating useful FAQs almost immediately. The AI does a great job pulling relevant questions from our store content, which has helped reduce repetitive customer inquiries. I especially like the focus on SEO and AI-friendly schema it feels modern and well thought out. The interface is simple, flexible, and lets you tweak answers easily. One thing I am picky about is apps messing up my theme, but Uttik’s widget fits in nicely. It is simple, clean and does not look like a bulky chatbot. Customers can find answers without a huge popup in their face. I also like that I can adjust the styling a bit. Honestly, it just looks normal in a good way. If you do not like apps that make your storefront noisy, this one is pretty calm and easy on the eyes.

We installed Uttik hoping it might help more people discover the store and I think it’s already doing something. The app auto-creates FAQ pages with the right schema markup, which seems like it could help with SEO and “answer engine” visibility (search engines and AI-powered search tools). I’ve noticed a slight uptick in traffic and some questions from new visitors that probably came from search results so it’s promising. If you care about making your shop easier to find, this app doesn’t hurt.

We’ve been using Uttik for the last couple of days, and the setup was surprisingly smooth. The app automatically picked up our product content and generated relevant FAQs without much manual work. The FAQ widget looks clean on the store and the answers actually make sense for common customer questions. We already noticed fewer repetitive queries coming into our inbox, which is a nice bonus. Still early days, but so far the AI feels accurate and the schema/SEO aspect is a big plus. Looking forward to seeing how it performs over a longer period. Overall, a solid app with good potential especially for stores that want quick FAQ automation without technical setup.

I run a store with a mix of products, so customers are always asking different kinds of questions. Uttik actually impressed me with how it scans the store and creates product specific FAQs automatically. I did not have to sit down and write anything myself. It pulled info from my descriptions and policies and turned it into clear answers. It feels like having a little assistant that knows my catalog better than I do. It is especially helpful if you have a bigger store or lots of variations.

I’ve been using Uttik for a few days now, and honestly, it’s been a game-changer for handling customer questions. Setup was super easy no coding, no fuss and it scanned my entire store to automatically generate FAQs that actually make sense for my products. The AI keeps learning from my content, so the answers stay on-brand and accurate. I’ve already noticed it cutting down the time I spend on basic support questions from a couple of hours to just about 20 minutes a day. I also love that it’s structured for Google and other AI interfaces, which should help with SEO and AEO, though I’m still testing that part. Scaling a ecom shopify store with reliable content is a problem. This app does what it is expected. Answer Engine for my customers. Create FAQ on automation, deploy a minimal site wide FAQ widget, chat support widget that generate leads, integrate a minimal customer support with my own email which customer use to reach out, a dashboard to see leads and support dashboard. Tip: Try AI chat support widget and some of enterprise features (like import sitemap) which are also available via platform integration on free plan :) Feature Request: Please integrate reports functions.
