Been using the app for almost a year now. Very happy about it. Yesterday I ran into a problem and from the time the problem was identified till it was resolved was 4 hours. Very good customer service!

malísima aplicación fue ponerla en mi web y de más del 80% de productos aparecen sin stock cuando en mi shopify tengo stock de más de 500 por variante, encima contacto al soporte y me dicen que no que el problema no es suyo y en vez de resolverme nada me mandan a help.shopify, para que contacto con ustedes si me van a pasar un link? la próxima vez miro el link sin preguntar y listo, mala atención al cliente y la app puede ser útil pero solo por este fallo hace que sea malísima y que quiera acudir a la competencia, gracias por anda.

Con respecto al producto con el que tenías problemas, encontramos que las variantes del producto aparecían como sin stock, según el objeto JSON del backend de Shopify. Para ayudarte, proporcionamos un enlace a la página de ayuda de Shopify con instrucciones sobre cómo añadir inventario a una variante de producto. Después de que compartiste una captura de pantalla mostrando que efectivamente había inventario, volvimos a verificar y confirmamos que todas las variantes ya tenían stock. También hicimos un seguimiento para asegurarnos de que el problema se hubiera resuelto, pero, desafortunadamente, no recibimos respuesta. Die einzige App mit welcher ich erreicht habe, dass verschiedene Produktfotos nur bei einer bestimmter Variante angezeigt wird! Bei meinem Shop gab es ein Problem im Code welches von einem anderen App verursacht wurde. Mir wurde innert 24h geholfen und der Code angepasst. Danke Jake. Klar 5 Sterne!

Hello, I have deactivated your app and will also deinstall it. Unfortunately, your app does not work for IOS devices. I had a long conversation with a Shopify employee today. On one of my product pages, Variant Wizard was set and the colors were displayed as a color and not as a drop-down menu. Incorrect products were added to the cart and transferred to the checkout. You couldn't choose the right products. So your app cost me about 1,000€ in advertising budget for meta ads in the end, because I only received bad reviews "that you can't choose a right product". Don't worry, I don't want any money from you, but take a look at this. Everything worked on Samsung devices and on the PC and notebook. Everything was wrong with iOS devices. I like the app, it looks good on the product page, but it just doesn't work for IOS devices. Not for iPhone and not for iPad users. KR Aldin
