I’m sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. I reviewed your case right away and issued you a full refund within two hours of receiving your message — it’s already been processed and should appear in your account within 7–10 business days. You uninstalled the app on October 13th, which is also when your subscription was automatically cancelled. However, since the uninstall happened during an active billing cycle, Shopify still applies the charge for that full cycle — which is what happened here. Our app uses Shopify’s billing system, so all charges are processed directly by Shopify, and we don’t have control over the timing or application of those charges. I have uninstalled this App months ago and they are still sending me bills. How an App can continue to bill me, at their most expensive plan, for months after I have unsintalled is beyond me. I have tried to contact them, no response so far. I have browsed their app for any indication that I have to unsubscribe prior to uninstalling, and there is none. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEVELOPER, THIS IS A SCAM.

Thank you for your review. According to our records in Shopify Partners, your subscription was automatically cancelled after uninstalling our app on September 29th, 2025. We also show that you briefly reinstalled our app on October 6th, 2025, though no subscription plan was activated during that visit. Our app uses Shopify's billing system exclusively, which means billing automatically stops when you uninstall. We have a dedicated section in our app's billing page that explains this process. Since you mentioned uninstalling several months ago, I'd appreciate if you could share any documentation or screenshots showing an earlier uninstall date at [email protected]. DO NOT install this app. It completely broke my DAWN theme. Now I can't even apply a template to a product. It destroyed my code

Too complicated to use. Everything has to be done manually, not practical. Seriously don’t have time to go through every single product importing images that I’ve already uploaded through shopify. I have hundreds of products within my store so this is too time consuming. Uninstalling asap.
