Customer service was extremely helpful in identifying an issue we had with a custom theme of ours and fixing the problem on our behalf. The complication had nothing to do with the application, we decided a while back to use a Magento theme on Shopify (horrific idea in hindsight), which was caused integration issues with a whole number of apps we have installed.
