not clear how to cancel the subscription
Hi Vasily, I am sorry you were having difficulties canceling the subscription. When I looked into this I saw you were already able to cancel the subscription. I emailed you at v***[email protected] with more information. All apps are the same and you can cancel app subscriptions by removing the app. We also have this information in our Knowledge Base in the link below https://www.relentlessapps.com/kb/how-do-i-uninstall-the-app-and-cancel-future-payments/ In the future, if you have any questions, please contact us directly. there is no free plan
Hi Ayuob, I just sent you an email to s*****[email protected]. Our app is free for development stores and anyone who isn't on a paid Shopify plan as listed in the app listing. For everyone on paid plan the app has a 14 day trial. I sent you a store credit to use our app for free on top of the 14 day trial to see if our app is a good fit for you.
