I had a fully paid subscription plan valid until 2026. Since we won't be selling anymore after 2026, I decided to cancel the subscription to prevent automatic renewal. However, after doing this, all app features were disabled. I've tried contacting support, but there's no available communication channel. I need the features of the already-paid plan to be restored or a refund issued.
I’m really sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused. Shopify manages all billing and subscription changes automatically, so when a subscription is canceled, they also remove access to the paid features. I’ve actually reached out by email a few times but didn’t hear back. Please reply directly to an email, and we’ll make sure everything is taken care of for you, whether that’s restoring access or finding another solution that works best for you.
