This app absolutely rules — and the team behind it does too. Variant Option Product Options (VO) by Relentless Apps has been a must-have for my Shopify store because it makes offering multiple variant/custom options clean, reliable, and easy to manage. We did run into an issue where another app was interfering with VO’s functionality, and I was bracing for the usual back-and-forth… but nope. It was handled immediately. Tech support from Relentless Apps was truly *relentless* — they jumped in fast, identified the conflict, and fixed it right away. That kind of responsiveness is rare. I’ve been using this app for a few years now and Jon has consistently been quick to reply, clear in his communication, and genuinely helpful whenever anything comes up.
