I emailed them for assistance and received an immediate response. They walked me through all steps and were extremely helpful. They certainly went above and beyond to fix my issue. Although we discovered my problem wasn't related to the app, they were still committed to making it work for me. I highly recommend this app. It is exactly what I needed for my store, providing all product options I need.
