The app has been performing well on our store, no real hiccups, but for questions and queries, the timeline for waiting for a response has been frustrating. Recently support has been taking a long time to respond. For example, I sent multiple messages to support on 16th June, and now it's 19th June, and am still waiting for a response. I hope this improves. Otherwise, it's an awesome app. But being let down by slow service at the moment.
