We've had an amazing experience with this app. It’s exceptionally user-friendly, making the onboarding process completely painless for our sales team. Whenever we've had a question, the support team has stepped up with fast, friendly, and reliable answers. Highly recommended!

Their support and responsiveness is the best part of this app! Before singing up they hopped on a call with me and explained everything in great detail. They always respond to questions I have within 24 hours. Mostly within same day. The app is amazing I love the reporting it has for me to export it as a CSV to keep track and send to our reps. I would 100% recommend this app for anyone who wants to use it! They are amazing.

Velocity has been the strongest solution we’ve used for organizing our reps and their commissions. The territory mapping is incredibly precise, and the analytics that the app gives make paying out reps easier than ever. MedShift’s support team was also very fast and helpful during onboarding.

This application solves for three individuals' applications I used to be paying for. It is the best platform I have seen for a company with a sales team, processing orders in the field, a back office trying to reconcile transactions from customer service, field sales, and direct customer orders. Highly recommend!

Velocity has made managing commissions for our reps so much easier. The MedShift support team is incredible, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend if you're over spreadsheets.

Velocity is hands-down the best tool we’ve found for managing our sales reps and commissions. The zip-code accuracy of the territory maps is impressive, and being able to filter and export data makes payouts a breeze. MedShift’s support team was quick to help with setup questions.
