Unfortunately, this application is horrible. Support is slow, and the misleading marketing is very shady. I would stay away from it unless you are just starting an Etsy or Shopify store. Additionally, they make excuses as to why the advertised options do not work. You must manually link all your items to Shopify, which takes days if you have a more extensive catalog. This application overrides your current date on Etsy to some Default settings, which made us have to redo over 500 items in our store.

Good price but keep having missed orders that are not synced. This causes me to miss orders and have upset customers. Please fix this

My customers really appreciate the real-time tracking updates they get after making a purchase. It helps build trust, and I’ve seen fewer inquiries about order statuses since using this app.

highly recommend this app! I have been struggling with keeping product straight between my Shopify and Etsy shops - so a one of a kind variation would sell on Etsy, but I manually had to adjust it in Shopify. It was taking forever. This was the THIRD app I've tried and it's the only one that is doing exactly what I need it to do for a great price! I needed some help because it did not automatically sync my photos and variations between the two listings, but I got excellent customer service and they told me exactly how to do this. Things are going to get a whole lot easier for me to manage my store, and I can just focus on updating my listings in Shopify and know they will properly update on Etsy in terms of quantity, new photos and variations, etc. Thank you velopLab for creating a simple, straight forward, effective and well supported app for the community, highly recommend!
