Sehr gut und wirklich supereinfache und schnelle Integration zu Etsy. Man kann sogar bestehende Listings verknüpfen, was ich leider zu spät entdeckt habe. Die App hat wirklich alles was man braucht, ich konnte sogar mit dem Team spezifische Steuerregelungen für mein Unternehmen problemlos anlegen. Immer wieder und im Vergleich zu anderen Apps - ein Traum!

Great support, they went above and beyond to fulfill our special requests. One of the few apps that can handle the EU OSS tax calculation as well.

The application is very simple and clear. This is exactly what I was looking for! My previous application has already stopped supporting etsy, so I had to find a new solution. I spent a long time choosing and I am glad that I chose this one. I primarily use it to transfer orders from etsy to the shopify store. After downloading the application, everything was intuitive, fast and literally in a few clicks! There was only one problem, and that was with the product currency. My store has a different currency than etsy. But Marie solved this very quickly within 2 days and I thank her very much. She is very nice and helpful, never be afraid to contact her.

Ich bin wirklich begeistert von der Etsy Sync – velopLab App! Seit der Integration läuft mein Workflow deutlich reibungsloser: Bestellungen von Etsy werden automatisch in meinem Shopify-Shop übernommen, Lagerstände synchronisieren sich zuverlässig und ich vermeide jetzt Doppelarbeit. Der Preis ist fair, die Installation ging kinderleicht und der Support war super schnell zur Stelle, als ich eine Frage hatte. Für alle, die auf beiden Plattformen verkaufen und ihre Prozesse optimieren möchten: absolut empfehlenswert!

J'utilise cette application depuis un moment maintenant et je l'adore. Elle me permet d'avoir mes commandes Etsy et Shopify synchronisées au même endroit, ce qui est un gain de temps considérable. L'app permet aussi de synchroniser les produits d'une plateforme à l'autre, ce qui est pratique et rapide. Le support client est efficace et rapide!

The app doesn't sync etsy orders back to Shopify, which results in inaccurate inventory.
Thanks for your feedback — and you’re absolutely right to point this out. There was an issue on Etsy’s API side that affected the order sync, which could lead to inventory inconsistencies. Etsy has since fixed this, and everything is now working correctly again. If you’re still experiencing any issues, please reach out to us directly — we’ll make sure it’s fully resolved for you.

I wanted to like this app. Seemed good to begin with -- the only thing I wanted it to do was export products from Shopify to Etsy, and then maintain accurate inventory in both directions. However, when exporting to Etsy it creates a variation for every item, even if no variations exist in Shopify. I had to manually edit each product on Etsy to remove the variation and add that information back in. Took some time paying an employee, but it was done. Unfortunately, though, is once it synced again it overrode the changes so all that work was reverted. I also wish it could sync product attributes like dimensions and weight. I wasn't going to leave a review, just private feedback to the developer, until I noticed that the monthly price had decreased since I signed up but I was not given that price reduction, which irked me.

Mit der App lässt sich der Etsy-Shop mit Shopify synchronisieren, und du musst die Artikel nicht manuell übertragen. Eine Optimierung der Tags, Titel usw. für Etsy ist natürlich notwendig. Der Kunden-Support ist zuverlässig, und auf eine Rückmeldung musst du nicht lange warten. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

The app does not work well. It does not sync product info (title, description at least) from Shopify to Etsy. It only works for syncing price and stock units. It is also close to impossible to get proper support, I sent multiple email and did not get anyway to get the problem solved. I definitely do not recommend it.

Uso l'app ormai da qualche mese e ho quindi potuto testarla. Semplice e intuitiva da configurare, funziona perfettamente. Ci sono state alcune piccole cose da chiarire in fase di configurazione e alcuni suggerimenti dati per migliorare l'app, in entrambi i casi ho trovato l'assistenza pronta a risolvere il problema, gentilissimi e disponibili.

UPDATE: We left this review after having issues with their application. We are not using any other application on this store. We manage other Shopify stores with a more expensive subscription plan and have no issues. Additionally, as others have mentioned, they make excuses as to why their application cannot export data from Etsy to Shopify. If you make a sale on Etsy, their application cannot export shipping data to Shopify. They blame Shopify, but we know this is not true. This application does not work as advertised. Unfortunately, this application is horrible. Support is slow, and the misleading marketing is very shady. I would stay away from it unless you are just starting an Etsy or Shopify store. Additionally, they make excuses as to why the advertised options do not work. You must manually link all your items to Shopify, which takes days if you have a more extensive catalog. This application overrides your current date on Etsy to some Default settings, which made us have to redo over 500 items in our store.

We received recent information today directly from you via email, indicating that the problems persist even though our app has been uninstalled for some days. Technically, after uninstallation, our app no longer has permissions to make changes to your Shopify or Etsy store, which means the source of the ongoing issue lies elsewhere. We strive for transparency and excellent service, and we encourage anyone facing difficulties to reach out so we can assist directly.
