They were OK until they weren't, Lackluster customer support. Wrote an email, messaged though the app 8 days prior. They have yet to do anything. No communication from humans only AI. Marie or Mary. One claims to be human but asked the exact same question that the AI bot does. Give them the info they asked for and no movement after days Extremely frustrating. In the meantime my store still has issues. Moving on to another provider.
Wir haben die App nach der Installation nicht ausprobiert. Es kommt eine automatisierte Mail, in der gefragt wird, ob wir Hilfe benötigen. Ich habe 2 Mail mit Fragen geschrieben, ohne Reaktion. Wenn es da keinen Support gibt, dann kann ich die App auch nicht empfehlen, bei Problemen wird es ja dann genauso sein.
Segr gutes tool um beide Shops zu synchronisieren!
