This app is SUCH a timesaver for both split commission consignment as well as stores that have booth vendors. They are quick to respond to any issues via email and also offer a live chat. Any issues I've had so far have been minor and were resolved almost immediately. The developers take custom requests and are so friendly and accomodating. I have recommended this app to many other small business owners. Last but not least, the data syncs seamlessly with Shopify. 100% recommend this app and have no complaints

This a really good, simple app for managing consignment vendors in your shopify store. Don't expect too many advanced features, but for the price this is absolutely the best app you can get for managing your consignment commissions. We've been using it for a few months and it has paid for itself every month in sales and time saved. Our vendors have appreciated the portal as well.

Absolutely would recommend. I changed over, over a year ago and would never go back. As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app. I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app. Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs. Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well. As a new business owner... I WISH I had found this first. If you want to gain from my trial an error.. I am very open to having a conversation about the pros and cons of this and the other apps I used. If I can help someone else from going through the headaches I did.. I definitely would. God send of an app at such a reasonable price compared to competitor apps. So glad I was recommended it and it does literally everything we need - best service too, always willing to help out in any areas and have added a couple of small additional features which I asked for which have been super helpful. CANNOT recommend this app enough - it's been amazing!

We've been using the App for about 9 months. It meets our needs and I look forward to more features in the future. Support has been excellent. 10/16/2023 Update: Visceral has been great. We've been using Vendor Consignment for well over a year and it is working great. Support is excellent. I am updating my review because they just helped me out with a special request. They didn't have to, but they did. Support is awesome. We have complex needs, and Visceral works great for us. Thanks so much!!

Vendor Consignment is great and it is fitting our needs wonderfully. Its simple and clean. Customer service with Viceral Apps is better than i could have hoped for. Jillian and Chance have stayed focused on us as a business and have catered to our needs quite well. I look forward to seeing what other apps they are going to have to offer in the future.

Great looking app with a number of useful features. Support has been excellent, adding minor features or fixing issues as we run into them. It has room to grow but they have been more than willing to listen to ideas.

I run a print-on-demand marketplace for charities and artists in the UK. I trialled 6 Vendor apps and Vendor Consignment was in my opinion the best of the 6, really well priced, very easy to use and our partners (we call them partners not vendors!!) can see their sales and commissions in real time. I will update this review after I actually start using the app with customers to give details on that aspect but I had to immediately write a review to say that the customer service has been off the charts! Who expects that an app will make custom changes for your specific needs for just one business- they did this for us! Chance responds within minutes for support and trouble shooting. It has been so helpful to someone who is very new to this platform and business. We highly recommend!

I've used this app to track and pay consignment vendors for almost three years, and it just keeps getting better. Love the new dashboard and invoicing features! It does everything I need, at a very affordable price. I've had to contact support a few times, and have always received a very quick response and resolution to any issues.

This app has made the process of tracking vendor sales and processing vendor payouts SOOOO much easier. It took some effort to get everything all set up the way we liked and some features we needed were missing, but the responsiveness of the development team to our requests has been exceptional! They've delivered every new feature we've asked for OR explained how we can already do it within the features already available EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you work on consignment with vendors and are using anything else to track those commissions, don't wait, install this app now. It'll save you so much time and effort!! This app is worth every penny of the monthly fee they charge!!!

So far the experience using Vendor Consignment has been great! At first we had a little issue with the vendor login page. But after a quick chat with Chance through the app, he was able to adjust the login page to our needs! Very happy that I have chosen Vendor Consignment.
