Visceral Consignment

We've been using this app for 6 months now and it's great. the dashboard is super helpful and it's easy to set-up and integrate. I wish there was a spot for custom pay-out amount so we could more quickly mark sales at a specific $ amount (instead of manually clicking the items sold and adjusting with additional payout amount) - but honestly, for the price the value is INCREDIBLE. If I ever have questions the support team is so quick to respond. Would 10/10 recommend. My business would not be so functional without this app - really appreciate the time and talents that went into building and maintaining it.

This app is SUCH a timesaver for both split commission consignment as well as stores that have booth vendors. They are quick to respond to any issues via email and also offer a live chat. Any issues I've had so far have been minor and were resolved almost immediately. The developers take custom requests and are so friendly and accomodating. I have recommended this app to many other small business owners. Last but not least, the data syncs seamlessly with Shopify. 100% recommend this app and have no complaints

This a really good, simple app for managing consignment vendors in your shopify store. Don't expect too many advanced features, but for the price this is absolutely the best app you can get for managing your consignment commissions. We've been using it for a few months and it has paid for itself every month in sales and time saved. Our vendors have appreciated the portal as well.

Absolutely would recommend. I changed over, over a year ago and would never go back. As a B&M and online store that offers a very large variety of both consignment and wholesale options, I am VERY pleased with this app. I have also used, in the past, RESALE GLOBAL (ARAVENDA) and RICOCHET. I wasted, literally, thousands of dollars before I found this app. Not to mention.. the customer service has been SUPERB. They have addressed every inquiry I have, and fine tuned some things to meet our needs. Cost makes it manageable for a small business, it is user friendly, and my vendors like it as well. As a new business owner... I WISH I had found this first. If you want to gain from my trial an error.. I am very open to having a conversation about the pros and cons of this and the other apps I used. If I can help someone else from going through the headaches I did.. I definitely would. God send of an app at such a reasonable price compared to competitor apps. Vendor Consignment is great and it is fitting our needs wonderfully. Its simple and clean. Customer service with Viceral Apps is better than i could have hoped for. Jillian and Chance have stayed focused on us as a business and have catered to our needs quite well. I look forward to seeing what other apps they are going to have to offer in the future.

Great looking app with a number of useful features. Support has been excellent, adding minor features or fixing issues as we run into them. It has room to grow but they have been more than willing to listen to ideas.

Simple to use and setup. Developers are super nice and reply quickly. overall great if you're working with multiple vendors.

I will update this review after I actually start using the app with customers to give details on that aspect but I had to immediately write a review to say that the customer service has been off the charts! Who expects that an app will make custom changes for your specific needs for just one business- they did this for us! Chance responds within minutes for support and trouble shooting. It has been so helpful to someone who is very new to this platform and business. We highly recommend!

This app has made the process of tracking vendor sales and processing vendor payouts SOOOO much easier. It took some effort to get everything all set up the way we liked and some features we needed were missing, but the responsiveness of the development team to our requests has been exceptional! They've delivered every new feature we've asked for OR explained how we can already do it within the features already available EVERY SINGLE TIME. If you work on consignment with vendors and are using anything else to track those commissions, don't wait, install this app now. It'll save you so much time and effort!! This app is worth every penny of the monthly fee they charge!!!

Best app for any tracking, retail or consignment store!! Very robust app with tons of flexibility. Chance is always there to assist you with anything you might possibly need. I have been working with Chance and Vendor Consignment for a couple months and it has been a breeze. I have never had an app with such great customer service. This app is perfect! Does everything I need. In case there is something that is not available the app creator has been very helpful to add/change things to accomodate the request.

If you're looking for a commission tracker there is no better app to use. Chance and his team take care of you like you are the only client they have. This app saves me 100s of hours in tracking.

I have bene using the app since August 2020. A few bugs in the beginning that Chance was totally on top of and fixed them all in a timely manner. It works very well now and the new release seems great too. I run vendor consignment reports monthly and even have my clients log into the system as well to check their inventory and payouts. Everyone has been very happy with it so far. I know Chance is working hard at making sure it has all the features customers need. I have even requested some things that he customized for me which was so awesome and i'm so appreciative for,. I highly recommend this app. It's one of the best ones I have come across in the vendor consignment world..
