The app is showing the wrong values, or I did not set it up correctly. I cannot find a support chart or email. Could you please contact me about this? Thank you

using this app has suddenly become very expensive and not worth it anymore. We stopped using this app unless the price goes down substantially, we might reconsider.

Garbage. Tried to scam me twice into paying for a subscription after uninstalling the app. Stay as far away as you from this trash.
