The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, which makes keeping track of disputes easy to find. The chargeback responses they prepare are thorough and well-organized, and it’s clear they know what they’re doing. Everything is managed on their side, so we don’t have to worry about the process or timelines. It’s been a reliable tool for staying on top of chargebacksand winning more so far.

Hey - app is amazing. Even though it is still in development and many things will be launched the dashboard is great very easy to navigate and support is top Level!
