Extremely disappointing experience. We removed the app and stopped using the service, yet we were still charged a subscription fee afterward without any notification or communication from the company. Charging merchants after they have stopped using and removed the app is unacceptable. This raises serious concerns about the transparency of their billing and subscription cancellation process.
We're truly sorry for the frustration here, and we completely understand why this felt unexpected. To clarify, Shopify bills app subscriptions on a one-month delay, so the charge you saw after uninstalling was actually for the previous month when the app was still active and in use, not a charge for a period after you left. This is handled entirely by Shopify's billing cycle and isn't an additional fee from our side.
