Verifast steps in exactly where we need helping someone figure out whether the date night co-ord or the ruffle midi works better for their plan, or guiding a guy between a shacket and a blazer for a sangeet. We drop new styles every week and keeping support updated is tough. Verifast handles the discovery and the common queries so the team isn't buried. Big difference.
