ArcticMed review for Verifast AI Chatbot + AI Chat

★★★★★ We have been using Verifast at ArcticMed for some time now, and I am very happy with both the platform and the team behind it. The AI assistant has worked really well for us. Our customers often have quite detailed questions about our products, and Verifast helps them get quick and relevant answers directly on our website. What I also like is that there is much more in the platform than we are currently using. They keep developing new features, and I believe we still have a lot of potential to get even more value from Verifast in the future. I am especially interested in the upcoming integrations with Instagram and Facebook. The team is very responsive, easy to work with and genuinely interested in helping us improve. For us, Verifast has been a very good addition to our Shopify store, and I can definitely recommend them.
