This AI has the power to replace human sales agents!!! The best part about working with them was that we were able to customise the bot as per our brand identity. Right from the UI, to the message tonality, to the end recommendations, all was easily customizable. The Verifast team was swift in accommodating changes. We are trying to create an experience for the shoppers as if they are talking directly to me - the founder.
