It left me questioning the purpose of the Support Chat. Furthermore, I encountered issues when minting my first test NFT, despite diligently following the provided steps, and was unable to claim it. This led me to anticipate that my potential customers may encounter similar problems and seek support from my store, while I was unable to obtain assistance from Verisart. As a result, I made the decision to uninstall the app and cancel my subscription, which I had been paying for several months."
