The app does exactly what it says, the configuration is very easy and straightforward, an added value is the support, they reacted almost instantly and fixed a compatibility issue with our theme in a matter of minutes.

We've had a good experience with this app. We wanted for customers to be able to select a gift product when they bought a more expensive item. Vex Auto Add is straightforward and easy to set up. Whatever problems we had, Felix was there to solve them in the least amount of time. So, great support, much appreciated. We ran a campaign using Vex and had very good results.

The support reacts promptly and fixes issues really quickly despite through email support! We had issues on offer configuration, and pop-up not scrollable. They usually respond within 1-2 hours, and are able to fix the theme compatibility issue very quickly -- so now the pop-up is scrollable, and we are able to show more products for people to choose one from in GWP.
