The app successfully handles both automatic gift additions and pop-up gift selection for customers. Everything works as expected and the features are reliable. Their support team deserves 5 stars - they helped us configure everything from scratch and were very responsive throughout the process. My only suggestion would be adding an option to display the gift selector as an embedded widget on the page rather than only as a pop-up. Recommended!
