Keira has been amazing to work with. I have researched multiple private label opportunities and found that ViaGlamour has the best products, great pricing and fast, friendly service.

I have enjoyed working with viaGalmour! It’s a great company to get started in bringing your idea from concept to reality. I recommend testing options and finding what works best for you. It’s going to be work, be prepared to try, tweak, and keep refining your offering and keep going. The products are great quality, and above standard in terms how they get tested and the ingredients they use. If you need help, reach out. Be reasonable and remember a good experience requires both parties to work together! Good luck and happy designing! Thanks viaGlamour!

I'm not a fan of giving negative reviews (and they deleted mine here) just to get a point across, but here it is again. You can check TrustPilot for it too for honest negative reviews (they are very very recent). 1. The price of the subscription (which constantly changed) should not cost this much if the platform is not intuitive. All of the updates I made to my labels are all gone just because of this update that they claim is "better". It's not. I literally have screengrabs of every instance it changed. 2. I didn't get refunded for paying for a subscription when being told that I didn't need it to upload labels, when it now says you do (strictly you have to now). Money down the drain when you made zero sales. Like why pay for a subscription PLUS having the products processed to ship to the customers? Greed I say GREED! 3. Chat is removed so you can't bother them anymore, but even direct email they won't respond back. 4. Prices are not consistent all throughout the store. 5. Links are always, always broken so you can't even see the product. 6. Just like everyone else say on TrustPilot, there is literally only one person to answer everything. 7. I shouldn't have to pay for printing my own custom boxes when we're being charged monthly to be on a platform that even down to the images doesn't work. 8. How are you trying to say I'm a "power user "when you're supposed to help ME the person giving you my hard earned money to make the brand??? I am someone who literally worked in the industry. I even recreated MY OWN RENDERS so that they don't look like other white label brands. I can literally add a list as you can see I'm at these amount of bulletpoints. As a result of this, I would unfortunately have to remove all products pertaining to makeup when thats when my potential buyers are eyeing based on my paid ads.

Hi Jacklyn from kittysfinery.com -- You applied for a job at viaGamour and didn't get it. We're a small team and thought hiring from our own customers would be a bad idea. You had a lot of great ideas for a makeup line and you should have launched it. It would have boomed on TikTok if you went forward with launching a vegan line with us. 1. We don't work for free. In January we added 500+ new products to our platform. You choose a paid plan to get certifications, custom boxes, and upload products to your site. It was active for (2) months before you self-service cancelled it. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/9225/0312/files/ac17b63377af2911c3d297c2b205575b.png 2. You can upload labels on a free plan. You cancelled your plan in January and in March you were uploading designs on the free plan. https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0608/9225/0312/files/1da413ea9c7ba2e98bf5489f08304e0a.png?v=1742447784 3. Chat was removed because we do a better job over the phone. You had our number and our calendar to book a time. We're friendlier in-person! https://cal.com/viaglamour 4. I don't know what this is about.... You can of course change the prices of the products on your store. If it costs $4.99 to sell a lipstick you could sell it for $15, $20, $25 etc. There is no limit and you get bulk discounts. 5. Sometimes this happens and we fixed it when you reported it. 6. Having a two-person support team is beautiful. A small team that remembers your business and past questions. If I called you, it was always the same person picking up too. 7. As I understood, you wanted fully custom boxes shipped from China into our facility and then have them all rebranded, repackaged, checked for compliance, and then get our assistance to prepare the boxes. That is a tremendous amount of work that we can't offer for free. 8. I called you a "power user" as a compliment because you knew so much about designs and packaging. You told me you were a professional graphic all designer! You are incredible at design and I meant that with respect. Your 3D renders are outstanding and I loved them! https://gyazo.com/a8d95fe5bf8c80f7a030b406b5abbf33 I hope your brand grows regardless of who you are working with. This review does popup when you search Kittys Finery and I hope future customers of yours see that you are a business owner that does design, logistics, product research, and even 3D renderings of products. It's a combination founders like you have. It's rare, and I want to see your business 2x this year. You deserve success, but I don't know why you'd want to hurt us. My calendar link will be open to you. - Keira and the small team at viaGlamour

I really love the idea of the lab sending a photo of the products before shipping. It gives customers a preview of what they’ll receive, and I think that’s a really cool touch!

It's a small business, so if you need assistance, I highly recommend setting up calls or meetings to make sure things run smoothly. ViaGlamour has a lot of potential, and the product quality is there, but the process needs more communication. If you’re considering working with them, just be prepared to stay on top of every detail to avoid delays and misunderstandings.
