Very Prompt and professional service from this app I had a lot of requirements specific to the needs of my website They made sure each and every minute detail was addressed with a NEVER SAY DIE attitude. At times I did not understand nitty-gritties, however their support ensured all my queries were clarified with utmost detailing. I would strongly recommend this app to all who wish to grow their business with PREORDERS This review is being submitted after testing many apps on this subject

Great app for its purpose, very easy to setup and manage pre-order campaigns and everything related to it. On top of the powerful app, probably the best customer service/support on Shopify platform. We encountered an issue that wasn't something you can fix from settings and they helped us in a matter of hours to achieve our needs. I can only recommend the app.

Love this app! Vicify has been a game changer for customer communication, and their customer service is top-notch. They answered all my questions quickly and helped tailor the setup to match exactly what our store needed. Being able to launch multiple campaigns for different collections makes it easy to update shipping timelines and payment options without hassle. I use it on both of my Shopify stores and it works perfectly. Highly recommend!

This app offers basic yet powerful functionality which is easy and intuitive to set up - perfect for my use case, as I didn't want to introduce too many bells and whistles! The Support team is very responsive and helpful as well - overall a very positive experience.

Really like that you can switch between campaigns and apply different discounts depending on the case. Makes it way easier to test what works best. Big thanks to the devs for making something that’s actually helps
