we wanted to give 0 stars but it doesn't work ;) Concerning customer service it is very bad we are constantly forced to repeat the same questions without having answers to our problems which lasts for days with little Jessica who moves at the speed of a snail ;) we will say that the level of professionalism is very, very low with the impression of speaking to child agents who throw tantrums if you ask too many questions ;) There is still a lot of work to do, Good luck !
Good day Fabien, This review speaks volumes. You explained that you can’t speak English and communicated with us by using Goolge Translate. This caused a language barrier, which resulted in repeating multiple times. Your professionalism and respect towards us was lacking, we therefore suggested to quit the collaboration.
