I love this app for my small shoe store. It's so easy to add small vids of the shoes being worn & extra info to the product pages for customers that are more visual & don't read product descriptions ;). The support is fabulous and very approachable.

We recently switched to Videowise from another shoppable video platform, and the difference has been truly immense. From the start, we found the interface incredibly easy to use, allowing us to get up and running without a steep learning curve. The level of customization available is a standout feature for us. We love having the ability to tailor the look and feel to match our brand perfectly, and the wide variety of widgets makes it easy to find the right fit for every page. The ability to seamlessly stream on multiple platforms has also significantly streamlined our workflow. While we’ve only just "dipped our toes in" so far, we are already impressed and excited to dive deeper into their full array of advanced offerings. A special shoutout to our representative, Johanna—she has been exceptionally helpful and is always incredibly quick to respond whenever we have questions. If you’re looking to elevate your site's video experience, Videowise is the way to go.

We just started working with Video wise a little over a month ago and they have been wonderful. We work directly with Carlos who is so knowledgeable and works on our requests so quickly. We are currently A/B testing our newly added videos for the website and can't wait to see the results in 2026!

We uninstalled this app and stopped using it while the store was inactive, yet were still charged across multiple billing cycles. We flagged this issue starting in November and contacted support multiple times. They have responded, but responses have been unclear or nonexistent, and the refund has not been processed. Shopify Support has confirmed that the developer must initiate the refund via their Partner Dashboard. We are still waiting for that to happen.
