I have uninstalled the app and go charged anyways.
We have been using Videowise for some time now and have been very pleased with the platform. The shoppable video features have been especially valuable, and the ability to seamlessly link and embed videos wherever needed has made implementation incredibly efficient for our team. We have also utilized the Live feature in the past, which made streaming across multiple platforms simple and effective. A special thank you to Carlos for his outstanding support throughout our experience. He has consistently been responsive, proactive, and incredibly helpful whenever assistance was needed. We truly appreciate all of his support.
We have been using VIdeowise for a bit now and have been happy with the results. The videos look great on our stores and we have seen positive results from the A/B testing. We are very happy in particular with the support we receive from Carlos, he has been lightning quick on responses and really helpful overall! Thank you Carlos!

This is not another app without support- VideoWise actually cares to improve conversion and site engagement and act as a true partner to Skullcandy. The VideoWise app and thier products have the right level of customization and content types to easily match our storefront video content needs. We rarely need dev support and when we do its a 5 minute update, not days of work with new page templates:) The admin is easy to use, we will continue improving our site with VideoWise!
