I have experience with other video apps in the past and we were on the market to find an alternative platform that, would not only be reliable but fully featured as well. I decided to give it a try and was really surprised with the helpful and amazing team, especially Stela, Chase, and Johanna. They're really the amazing trio! They were able to answer all of my questions and more than accommodated my specific use-case. There are so many features that, I'm still processing and trying to implement for my website. It's not really a dislike so if you're really short on bandwidth, the only bad outcome is not being able to fully utilize all of the features it offers right away.
