The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said: "We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded" Nice. Very good customer service there...

Secondly, I want to address your concerns regarding the "unlimited orders" claim on our Starter plan. I understand your frustration and confusion. While the Starter plan does allow for unlimited orders, it appears there's a misunderstanding regarding the printing limitations. The "10 prints at a time" refers to the maximum number of print jobs that can be queued simultaneously, not the total number of orders you can process. We recognize that this distinction isn't clearly explained, and we are actively working on revising our plan descriptions to eliminate any ambiguity and prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. We appreciate you pointing this out. Regarding the refund, I can confirm that it has been processed promptly on our end.
