I recently contacted chat support for help with an issue, and I was assisted by Jack. Not only did he promptly address my concern, but he also went above and beyond by offering some excellent suggestions that were completely unrelated to my initial inquiry. Nice support! Pete just made some UI changes on my invoice that make it look much better. I just started using this app because the previous one was not considering the discount correctly so I tried PDF Invoice and it simple worked perfect

As always, a 10/10. We had to customize a template, and thanks to Jolie, it turned out exactly as we needed. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for hassle-free invoicing.

The app is incredibly intuitive, with a sleek interface, and creating templates is extremely easy. The customer support is exceptional—particularly Jolie—the team is quick to respond and always ready to assist with any queries or customizations. We had several metafields that needed to appear on the invoice, and so far, Vify Order Printer PDF Invoice is the only app that has been able to accommodate this. Highly recommended!

App seems to work well. I installed it and set it up for the free plan to send ad hoc invoices to customers after they had ordered. You need to make a settings change to the Shopify store in the tax section if you want to send VAT invoices to customers when they order, which I hadn't done. But to send one after the sale has been made is not possible without the third party app. Customer support was excellent and Tracy was great and very prompt and clear.

I could not recommend this app enough. While it hits everything needed to create invoices and draft orders the best part is the customer service. They are extremely responsive 24/7. Use this app

The interface is super easy to use and the support staff is quick and responsive. Jolie worked with me to figure out a problem and stuck around until it was solved. Most shopify app support teams aren't this proactive.
