I have just started using the app and needed some help working out some customisations and modfications. The support was literally instant, super easy to understand and extensive. They also immediately helped with some customisations to a template in the backend. Cannot more highly recommend the app or the support provided!! Have been back in contact with Vify (Pete) to update/upgrade some features. The service is outstanding.

I had a question on a Sunday and sent a chat message not expecting to chat with anyone, but I was so surprised that an actual person responded! Pete was SO helpful and understand exactly what I was wanting to fix, and he has created a ticket for his dev team to look at a customization that I would love to have! SUPER helpful, super friendly and can't wait to have my customization. This app is great yall!

We were looking for an app to help us generate draft order invoices, and we’re so glad we found Vify! The templates are clean, professional, and incredibly easy to customize. But what truly sets Vify apart is the support team as they were exceptionally responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with customizations.
