Ich habe kürzlich die Order Printer: PDF Invoice App in meinem Shopify-Shop implementiert und bin äußerst zufrieden mit ihrer Leistung. Die App ermöglicht es mir, mühelos individuelle Rechnungen, Lieferscheine und Rückerstattungsbelege zu erstellen und automatisch an meine Kunden zu versenden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die benutzerfreundliche Oberfläche, die keine Programmierkenntnisse erfordert, um Vorlagen anzupassen. Die Integration verlief nahtlos und hat meinen Arbeitsablauf erheblich optimiert. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der hervorragende Kundenservice: Bei Fragen oder Problemen reagiert das Support-Team schnell und kompetent. Für alle Shopify-Händler, die eine zuverlässige Lösung für die Automatisierung ihrer Rechnungsstellung suchen, ist diese App absolut empfehlenswert.

I worked with Pete and he was amazing! He really wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Together, we were able to create a customized Invoice for me with the exact specifications I was looking for. Shopify just didn't allow me to do what Pete was able to accomplish, and the Invoice really looks beautiful and professional!

The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said: "We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded" Nice. Very good customer service there...

Secondly, I want to address your concerns regarding the "unlimited orders" claim on our Starter plan. I understand your frustration and confusion. While the Starter plan does allow for unlimited orders, it appears there's a misunderstanding regarding the printing limitations. The "10 prints at a time" refers to the maximum number of print jobs that can be queued simultaneously, not the total number of orders you can process. We recognize that this distinction isn't clearly explained, and we are actively working on revising our plan descriptions to eliminate any ambiguity and prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. We appreciate you pointing this out. Regarding the refund, I can confirm that it has been processed promptly on our end. If you haven't received confirmation of the refund within 14 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us again, and I will personally help you check it. We value your business and want to regain your trust.
