Needed a very custom looking invoice and their support was super responsive and helpful. Got everything resolved quickly and communicated well

The support is professional, friendly and really interested in finding a solution. The UI for the support is also very practical and it's easy to share video and images to explain the issue at hand in order to obtain a fast resolution. As for the app itself, the orders print out so much better than without it. They even have a barcode added to the invoice so your customer can easily see their detailed invoice online. Thanks Jack for your help

This app doesnt work on New Customer Account, so we have to uninstalled it. But somehow we accidentally reinstalled it with yearly plan, but we uninstalled it within seconds. Now we got email that we are going to be charged with yearly fee. I replied the email, but got no reply.

Another happy customer here. I installed and tried several invoicing apps before settling on Vify, which I think is the right combination of ease-of-use, customization ability, and value. You can do what I did, and try them all ...or you can just use Vify and save yourself a lot of time!

No sabía como cambiar los datos de mi tienda, y varias cosas mas, y les escribí, me contestaron sobre la marcha y me explicaron como hacerlo muy bien, en cuestión de minutos lo había solucionado , estoy muy contenta¡¡¡ les doy un 10!

I have been using Vify order printer PDF invoice for over 6 months now. I highly recommend it. Its very easy to use and the customer service is top class. They are always ready to help and guide you through the process. My B2B customers are much happier with these invoices compared to standard shopify invoices. Keep up the good work Vify. Thank you.

Geweldige app en helpdesk. Reageren snel en niets is teveel. Zelfs niet als je als klant iets vergeet of het toch nog anders wil, wordt alles snel weer aangepast naar jouw wensen. Super service en geweldige medewerkers. Heel blij met deze app. Maakt ons werk een stuk eenvoudiger
