Jack from Vify Order Printer was outstanding. He responded incredibly fast to my live chat, even though it was 10:30 PM my time, which I really appreciated. He was easy to work with, clearly understood my issue, and didn’t waste any time troubleshooting. He quickly figured out the solution and got everything working smoothly—excellent support all around.

Great app, has plenty of functionality that should have come with Shopify Plus. Reasonably priced. Helpful support team, Pete was very good and capable of dealing with changing issues that I came up with.

Pete helped me enable the feature and provided instruction to add a link to the order status page, which makes it even more user frendly. Highly recommended!
