The customer support has been great. I had a custom invoice that needed to be made and they built it exactly the way I wanted it! Their support team is responsive, informed and respectful. Good to use, nice and clean. You have a button at the last step of the setup to ask the customer service rep to remove the watermark and they reply super fast.

The plugin does exactly what we need. We later realized we might need packing lists and refund adjustment receipts and found it is already in plugin as well. What stands out the most is their customer service, they're fast, efficient, and take all feedback into consideration. Awesome team, awesome product.

Is there an app that generates good-looking invoices other than this? No, is there an app that is low-paid and gives the best customer service and good designs than this? No, Trust my review I am using Shopify for 5 years and after using multiple invoice apps this app is the only one that is cost-effective and generate good invoices. Kudos to team Vify.
