I have tried multiple invoice generator apps and this one is by far the best. It runs seamlessly without any flaws. The best thing about this app is the customer service though by far. We had a few customizations that we wanted to add to our invoices and the team at vify worked very promptly on helping us get these added. Couldnt recommend this app enough!

App is ok for very simple invoices, it does not have many other possibilities at least on the free plan. Tracy from customer service was very helpful and professional when answering my questions. Thank you Tracy

Installed the app in the weekend, and used the chat for many questions while I was looking how to configure, Tracy helped out very well with immediate responses. App looks very good. Recommended!

Vify, is a simple invoice addon that seamlessly send your customer an invoice for their purchase. I recently had an issue with Outlook not displaying the invoice correctly. i contacted Vify Support who answered my questions well, whilst the agent was able to solve my problem she escalated it to a technical team and said they will be in touch with a solution. right enough the technical team solved the issue. Super easy app with a lot customizations. Liam gave a super fast support. I have 3 different stores and use Vify to all of them.

Excellent app. Simple, but can transform how your customer sees your business. It is easy to use with a user friendly interface and their customization options are awesome.

So far we've had a great experience with this app. The support has been especially helpful as we've worked on customizing our templates. I would love to see further customization opportunities in the future.

Ich habe eine sehr positive Erfahrung mit dem Supporter Pete gemacht. Er hat mein Anliegen schnell gelöst. Auch die App ist toll und brauchbar. Bis jetzt hab ich nichts an der App auszusetzen. Alles in einem: Sehr empfehlenswert.

I had an issue adding DDP information to my invoice, and Jolie helped me very quickly and kindly — even late at night. She was patient, professional, and made sure everything was solved perfectly. I highly recommend this app, not only for its great features but also for the excellent and friendly customer service Team.

Cette application est parfaite pour la facturation, exactement ce que je chercher. Le live chat est très efficace, nettement j'avais besoin de conseils sur un point, j'ai pu contacté le support par chat, un conseiller appelé Pete m'a accompagner jusqu'au bout. Je recommande cette application à 100 %.
