Die App funktioniert super, auch der Service ist sehr gut. In meinem Fall war es Tracy vom Vify-Team, die mir schnell und unkompliziert weiterhelfen konnte. Schade nur, dass diese App keine Stornorechnung bzw. Rechnungskorrektur anbietet.

I have tried multiple invoice generator apps and this one is by far the best. It runs seamlessly without any flaws. The best thing about this app is the customer service though by far. We had a few customizations that we wanted to add to our invoices and the team at vify worked very promptly on helping us get these added. Couldnt recommend this app enough!

App is ok for very simple invoices, it does not have many other possibilities at least on the free plan. Tracy from customer service was very helpful and professional when answering my questions. Thank you Tracy

Vify, is a simple invoice addon that seamlessly send your customer an invoice for their purchase. I recently had an issue with Outlook not displaying the invoice correctly. i contacted Vify Support who answered my questions well, whilst the agent was able to solve my problem she escalated it to a technical team and said they will be in touch with a solution. right enough the technical team solved the issue. I had an issue adding DDP information to my invoice, and Jolie helped me very quickly and kindly — even late at night. She was patient, professional, and made sure everything was solved perfectly.
