We've built multiple stores using this platform, and the experience has been consistently excellent. The customer support team is incredibly responsive, clear, and solution-oriented. Whenever we request a template adjustment, their dedicated developers respond quickly and always deliver exactly what we need. I’m very grateful to Pete for helping me better understand the app’s features and answering all my questions about the plans. Bonne application, facile à prendre en main et qui permet pas mal de personnalisation même avec le forfait gratuit. La hotline est très réactive et efficace, j'ai eu affaire à Tracy qui a su m'apporter la solution à mon problème rapidement .

I have been struggling to find the "Perfect" invoice that looks just the way I want it to. I sell many items and I needed a format that is specific, to have multiple different line items on one page. This format was EXACTLY what I wanted. I had a few personal requests, contacted their support system and Tracy helped me with my requests. She was prompt and helped me to all that she could (some points needed addressing in Shopify). So very , very helpful!.
