Extremely Expensive, Misleading Billing, and No Real ROI. We installed this app expecting to pay a standard monthly fee. Instead, we ended up being charged over ₹1,23,000 ($1,500+) in just one billing cycle — all without clear warning. These charges were tied to impression-based overages, which we were not clearly made aware of, and they escalated rapidly. Even worse, our conversion rate was just 0.007%, and the app generated zero meaningful return for our business. When we realized what was happening, we immediately uninstalled the app on July 10, but by then the billing damage was done. Our Shopify store was frozen until we paid the full amount, and we had no choice but to pay the outrageous bill just to regain access to our business. We contacted the Vimonial team, but they simply pointed to their pricing page and didn’t offer any flexibility or refund, despite us using the app for just over a month and receiving no real benefit. There are other apps with similar features that charge a flat monthly fee of $24 or less. This app is not suitable for small or medium-sized businesses, especially those with high traffic and low conversion — the pricing model is predatory and dangerous. Use this app only if you’re fully prepared to monitor your impressions hourly or risk being massively overcharged. We highly regret installing it.

Useful App, But the Customer Support is Awful While the Vimonial Shoppable Video & UGC app is somewhat helpful, the customer support is shockingly bad. I waited for hours for a response, and even though Leon was marked as online, he completely ignored my questions. It’s beyond frustrating to be left hanging with no assistance when issues arise. The lack of care and responsiveness from their support team makes the app feel unreliable. Don’t waste your time if you expect even basic customer service—this experience has been a huge letdown.
