App has very little functionality, on top of that no cancellation. I have to email and hope for a response. I will be contacting shopify and should not be billed for this

Sorry for the misunderstanding. We don’t have the ability to cancel subscriptions on our end. Once you uninstall the app, the subscription will automatically be canceled.
