I do like the shirts and prints when they come but I've had delays getting them. I ordered a cap from them and it came with AWESOME quality - then ordered another one and it literally took 6 months to get and it was NOT the same quality - it was a much cheaper and smaller version of the advertised cap. So disappointed. I'm moving on to Printify - hopefully, better service.

Viralstyle has come a LONG way. I have been using their service for about 6 months to sell on Etsy and Amazon and have had zero issues. Any defects in the prints have been reprinted quickly and I have gotten so many reviews about the quality. Definitely try them out!

I've used this app for 2 years and at first it was fine. Since January of 2021 I have had to refund over $1k in orders due to their system not syncing with my store and then canceling entire orders for 1 items no longer being made. They offer zero support and blame others. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for POD or just hire a local shop.

Our very first order of 20 koozies had 17 of them unusable.. absolute garbage. Disconnecting this from our store and we won't use them again.

I choose Viralstyle for their Face Masks and received more customer complaints on that one product then I've ever received on all of my other products combined! Emailed the owner Thomas Bell on one particular issue but he never bothered his arse to even acknowledge my email! Have since switched to Printify and no customer complaints! Steer clear of Viralstyle!!

DON'T USE THEM!! You can't trust what your customers are receiving. They have messed up orders for me multiple times and I've had to send multiple messages for them to fix THEIR mess up! I've at times have had to pay someone to print the order for my customer! This company has negatively impacted my business! The last time is the icing on the cake! My customer ordered a hoodie they printed it wrong and never contacted me back to fix this. I sent the first email on July 1, 2023. It is now August 4, 2023! I still have no resolution. It's also obvious that that don't QC the print jobs before they ship. If they did, my customers product would have never left the warehouse!! I wish I could attach a picture for you all to see! You would be aggravated!! I also had to contact Shopify to get them involved and to create a ticket for this issue. I was told to post my complaint right here in their reviews, because supposedly they read their reviews!

The app has a large product selection. We have a good experience with the automated services with this app. Whenever we have trouble, especially with the delay recently, the live support is very helpful providing options to resolve the issue. Highly recommended!

Worst. App. EVER!!!!! Orders take 4-5 weeks for delivery. Literally ALL customers (I'm fairly new) are mad, upset and asking for refunds. DO NOT use this app for POD. They charge your credit card immediately after your customer places and order, and nothing happens. Orders are ALWAYS pending.... Shame on you VS. BEWARE!!!!!!

I have used this app for a Year and have never had the issues the 1-star reviews are speaking of. The one issue I had wit ha shirt was a tech issue with my Design Specs and they went above my expectations to revolve it.

Seriously people? Don't understand why there are such negative reviews for this app. The team has been very helpful to provide support during these crazy times. This is POD, not Amazon Prime and States are locked down left and right. It is amazing that Viralstyle able to push products out.

I use a number of print on demand apps in my online store, however Viralstyle really has a great platform. It's easy to use, the pricing is simple, and the support is extraordinary. Tu and his team really will go and help, and it may not be right away, because they have not only Shopify stores, but they have a whole website selling stuff as well. There really a great company and they do Provide support, but like any small business, you really have to understand that resources may be tight and you have to wait a little while for an answer. Regardless, I recommend this app to be put in all of your Shopify stores. Hands down!

Don't use this service. We have had nothing but problems with this app/company for the past month. Orders frequently take 4-5 weeks (or more!) to be shipped, which has caused us massive customer support issues. On top of the issues with orders, customer support is non-existent. They won't get back to you on chat, there is no phone number to call, and when you email them they give you very vague answers that don't address your issue at all.

Forget this app, they don't deliver the product right now but they take the money. This company is causing problems, and they don't give a solution. they say no date when they can ship. The phone number they provide is fake, they don't help at all.

Terrible support. Bad company policies. If your item gets lost in transit it's your responsibility to replace it. Only POD company that does this.

I'm having problems with every single order. There's an order from March 22. It's April 7 and is still being printed. It's unacceptable! What kind of online store can survive this? Every order is taking weeks to be printed.

Great print quality! POOR Customer Service! Shipping times are too long and shipping costs are too expensive. Tu suggested I contact the legal department after inquiring on the following two questions: 1) why it cost $25 USD to ship 12 can coolers. 2) Printing location not being in the continental United States. Any individual can ship 12 can coolers for under $13. Why the extra cost? No explanation was given. However the price increases when the item is printed and shipped overseas. I'm removing their can cooler products from my store as they're not forthright and honest about their business. Do not use ViralStyle.

ICONIC ICONZ Im very happy with the product, the delivery, and the merchandise Viralstyle carry. The merchandise is easy to customize. I recommend Viralstyle to everybody who want to start a print on demand store.

Updated 12/18/18: Ok I'm bumping them up to 3-star (original review below) entirely based on their customer support. Now I had all the printing issues listed below, but Chris on their team has been super helpful to get reprints when needed and to keep me in the loop on delays for some of the types of shirts I wanted. So I do want to be fair here....Chris gets 5-stars, the app gets 4-stars (its a lot easier that some of the others), but their time to ship (at least for the dri-fits I was doing) is still a 1-star. They are making changes to their process so we'll see if that improves or not, but just be aware if dri-fit is what you are after expect long ship times. I can't speak to they're cotton products since I don't use those Original (1-Star) Review Below: I hate to write this, but it must be said. I use two different POD vendors, one for cotton shirts and Viralsyle for their dry fit options. I've stuck with them for six months since they were the only ones I could find that would do Dry Fit. But off my last 16 orders, 2 shipped the wrong product (cotton instead of dry fit) and then on the re-print for one of them they shipped cotton again! They are crazy slow (20-30 calendar days to ship). I send about 3 times as many orders to my cotton supplier and they usually ship within 3 days...and charge less for shipping. So looks like I'm going to have to stop carrying dry fit until I can find another supplier. Viralstyle is making my customers angry with their slow ship times and wrong products, plus hurting my bottom line with higher shipping costs. It is a shame because their app is better than most and I LOVE that they have Dry Fit shirts, but this is hurting us too much

I rarely leave a bad reviews but I think is necessarily. Using Viralstyle can bring only late orders and angry customers. When you ask what is going on they tell you that production time is 10 business days that is unacceptable for POD in 2018, however they don't even fulfill the items even in this time frame.
