Incredible product support. Billie helped me with my promotion to ensure it was set up and working 100% prior to our launch date, the landing page, confirmation emails; post purchase actions she helped implement everything and when I had problems she was able to jump in and fix these promptly. We have used viralsweep for many of our giveaways and cannot recommend enough.

ViralSweep has been an absolute game changer for us. The platform is powerful, easy to use, and makes running giveaways so easy. What really stood out though was the customer service! Billie went above and beyond. She was incredibly patient, thorough, and genuinely cared about helping us get everything set up perfectly. I have not yet made my first raffle live, but I had a large number of questions and needed help installing the widget to my website. Aldin kindly helped me. Great communication and overall customer service. I am looking forward to using Viral Sweep long term.
