Our requests are often complicated however Visely grows & adapts their feature set to accommodate our special requests. This is a wonderful product recommendation app and the customer service is fantastic! I have recommendations through our entire site, including home page, collections, product x2, shopping cart... and they all work flawlessly with our custom theme. Customer service always responds quickly (often within an hour). They have been able to help us with custom coding and adjustments as needed. We have a few products that are not able to be purchased online so having an app that can recommend products based off of view this view that and product attributes, not just purchase history was really important for us. Visely is able to create customized recommendations on our site for a truly personalized customer experience. I highly recommend using Visely for your product recommendation app!

Visely has been great to work with. Their team set everything up for me to be just right. They match it with my sites design and feel. I recently started using software to localize all my prices and they've spent a ton of time working with REACH to make sure all localization works within their own recommendations. I'm on Plus, so they're even working on setting up personalized recommendations for customers at checkout along with a dynamic counter to encourage customers to spend more and get free shipping. Overall, they've been insanely helpful and have made this a great app to use. Most of the other apps require a ton of manual setup and having someone come in to do it all for you is a huge bonus vs having a freelance dev try and figure it out.

Visely app is the best app for product recommendations in Shopify, and has proven to boost my sales by a good percentage. I highly recommend going with the premium plan, as you can really customize to your hearts desire and the white glove service is UNMATCHED by any app I have every interacted with. Sergiu and his team are almost always immediately responsive, have never left any issue I have brought to their table unresolved, and always go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my needs are met. I cannot recommend this app enough.

This is our second Shopify store using Visely. Both of them run on the Visely Business plan and we are extremely happy with the results we see so far. When we started out with Visely, it delivered a very respectable conversion rate of 5%. Now its conversion rate for our stores is an incredible 13% on average. This is beyond anything we've seen with the other apps, and it helps push our overall conversion rate to double digits. Visely is packed with various features, but the most important ones for us are: the ability to add recommendation widgets to almost any page, fast loading times, German language content analysis and cart drawer cross-sells. Support we are getting with Visely is of top quality. The team is very responsive to our queries, and is also proactive in suggesting and setting up improvements to help drive the app's conversion rate even further. Visely is an awesome app backed by an equally awesome team. It is a must have for any serious online business!
