This is our second Shopify store using Visely. Both of them run on the Visely Business plan and we are extremely happy with the results we see so far. When we started out with Visely, it delivered a very respectable conversion rate of 5%. Now its conversion rate for our stores is an incredible 13% on average. This is beyond anything we've seen with the other apps, and it helps push our overall conversion rate to double digits. Visely is packed with various features, but the most important ones for us are: the ability to add recommendation widgets to almost any page, fast loading times, German language content analysis and cart drawer cross-sells. Support we are getting with Visely is of top quality. The team is very responsive to our queries, and is also proactive in suggesting and setting up improvements to help drive the app's conversion rate even further. Visely is an awesome app backed by an equally awesome team. It is a must have for any serious online business!

Beyond impressed with this app and the support provided by Alexandru. Smart recommendations are great for making more sales and visely has done an outstanding job and leads to approx 25% of my monthly revenue for one monthly fee. I have already recommended this app to other store owners I know

Downloaded this app and it paid for itself in an hour. Customer service is also the best. They help with redesigning how the app would fit the store. Would definitely recommend this to anybody wanting to increase revenue.

Amazing support & incredible app. Super intuitive to set up & use, and Sergiu will help make sure that the widget looks native to your website. We've seen 10-20x ROI on this app, and it's also attributed to a 30% increase in AOV. I wouldn't even think about uninstalling it! It's a must-have if you've already got a customer base.

We've been using Visely for a little over a month, and are very happy with the app so far. We switched from a different recommendations app, and so far the performance of Visely is on par, or exceeding, the previous app. It's easy to use and implement in the store. The support team is extremely responsive, and did an incredible job stying their widgets to match my custom theme. In addition, they have been responsive when we've run into issues, and have proactively fixed a few glitches and added features.

We'd 100% recommend this app. We're a large mutli-million £ business and product recommendations are something that's really important to us for cross selling so our customers get the best results from our products. Cross-selling works, but it shouldn't come at a huge cost - your products can do that part! We had been paying a commission fee for other product recommendation apps, which was too expensive. Visely can do all of what we need for a fraction of the cost, and we started seeing purchases immediately. It has a simple but advanced dashboard for manually setting the product recommendations, it fits your theme AND the customer service has been amazing - they allowed us to make some tweaks to fit our needs. I'd recommend this app over the other similar options for it's features, customisation, customer service and price.

Stellar App and Customer Service! It's has the best looking UI, loads fast and has super useful features! We just installed it and I must say Sergiu provided us the absolute best Customer Service possible. He guided us, installed and custom configured the App to match exactly out needs. He even went further on making suggestions of how to best make use of its features in order to boost our sales. Great app great service! the app itself has already generated almost 1000$ for me in the past 2 months. those are 1000$ I wouldn't make any way else. I also have to say the support team are supper responsive and helping. They helped me install the app so it will fit to my theme and to my kind of shop. Thanks Visley!
