I'm very sorry for not providing you with timely support. Our AR function can be used normally. Here are the steps to use it: 1. Click on the 3D/AR panel and click on the AR button under the product you want to enable AR functionality for 2. Then enter the product page and click on the AR pattern in the upper right corner 3. After the QR code appears, scan it with a browser and enter AR mode to use it normally

the app doesn't work, and no support is available the support website has an error message so there is no way to contact anyone.. Edited: the support came back to me and gave me all the help they can. we still couldn't use the app because we needed the option to assign 3d models to product variants but the support was good eventually.

Nothing but loading screens. No support or even documentation. Check out their help page: https://help.paas3d.com/ At the time of this writing, sections of their website have been completing missing for a month despite requests for help. Looks like this app hasn't been updated in years. Seems like a small company that got bought up by a larger Chinese company and then ignored by that company.
