I'm very sorry for not providing you with timely support. Our AR function can be used normally. Here are the steps to use it: 1. Click on the 3D/AR panel and click on the AR button under the product you want to enable AR functionality for 2. Then enter the product page and click on the AR pattern in the upper right corner 3. After the QR code appears, scan it with a browser and enter AR mode to use it normally
