The app itself is great, but what really stood out was the support by Vugar - he alway reply within minutes, It's rare to find that level of support from a Shopify app founder. He personally helped us customize the widget, and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was working correctly.
VOL Shipping Protection gives us full control voer fragile pakcages we ship. The app is easy to configure, and Vugar was quick to respond when we needed help adjusting the settings. Nice app.
The cart protection widget works well, the dashboard is clear, and I liked the claim button too. Vugar was super helpful with setup questions.

great addition to our store. We wanted a way to manage lost or damaged order protection ourselves, and this app gives us all what was needed. the claims side is simple, the widget is fit our store desing, and support has been excellent. Vugar was very responsive and helped us fine-tune the widget.
