I recently downloaded this app to try on my store. At first I couldn't get it to work, so I contacted the developers for some assistance. They responded very quickly and ironed out the problem in no-time. Sometimes apps and software just don't work as expected, and that's ok. What matters is good customer service, and Hulk Apps definitely deliver. Please give their apps a try, and don't hesitate to ask them for help or giving them a well deserved review.
